Our online classes take place using Skype and virtual classrooms. This technology allows students and teachers to speak and see each other in real-time through the Internet. It is as close as you can get to sitting across the table from your teacher. It is so convenient that you can have your class at home, at work, or even during vacation.

Each lesson is scheduled to last 60 minutes.

The teacher’s fee (balance due) is paid directly by the student upon the package purchase, on the tutor’s personal Paypal or Bank Account. So, booking fees are paid in advance, before the beginning of the course. All MyLingoTrip tutors invoice their students directly for their lesson fee using PayPal or an alternative invoicing service. Being a teacher at MyLingoTrip and using a PayPal account means you can receive payment electronically from your students wherever they are in the world in lots of currencies!

Using MyLingoTrip as a tutor is completely free. However, your profile must be approved by ourselves before you are allowed to teach with us.

You will need an internet connection, Skype installed on your computer, and a Skype-compatible computer headset. Skype is free to download, and you can purchase a headset from almost any electrical retailer.

No, you do not need Broadband. The minimum requirement is a dial-up connection with at least a 33.6Kbps modem. However, a broadband internet connection will enable you to get the best results from Skype and MyLingoTrip.

All MyLingoTrip tutors are evaluated for their performance. After each lesson, students can leave a rating score and feedback comment for their teacher. We compile the answers to these questions for every session a teacher has carried out.
